"I purchased a 1 kg box of sweets from Haldiram for INR 1023.42 today 23rd Oct to gift to my sister-in-law after her visit to our home following Diwali. I had high expectations, thinking I was selecting the best quality sweets. However, my good intentions quickly turned to disappointment and embarrassment when she sent me photos of the sweets after she got home. The sweets had mold on them, The quality was far below what I anticipated,I feel I have made a grave mistake by choosing Haldiram over our local Halwai. This experience has left me feeling humiliated, and I will not be recommending Haldiram in the future. Buyer beware! --- Feel free to adjust any specific details if needed!"

"Worst experience. There was no rush in the outlet, yet the service was painfully slow and completely uninterested. My order wasn’t even started until I followed up after 10 minutes—only then did the staff begin preparing it. I had to cancel the order. Post cancellation, I was told a refund wasn’t possible and that I’d be given something of equal value instead. This was discussed with three different staff members, but no one took ownership or acted. When I requested something that was already prepared and ready at the counter, they instead started making chole kulche, which clearly showed a total lack of understanding of the situation. Eventually, after I said I didn’t want anything and just wanted to leave, they packed some dhokla and handed it over. Poor service, zero accountability, and no customer empathy. Would not recommend."

"I love to visit this joint for casual food and cutting tea, whenever I travel by metro. I have very good impression of this Haldiram branch because all staff members look quite agile and attentive. There is a sweet little girl ,named Beena Yadav whose smiling energy brings very very positive vibes। May God bless her and her employers always।"
